The Research Edge: Brunch con líderes de investigación

In an environment where institutions are generating more data than ever before, a key question arises: Are we using that information to make better decisions?

The Research Edge - Brunch con líderes de investigación

About the event

The Research Edge brings together Vice Presidents of Research, planning directors, institutional analytics leaders, and academic decision-makers in a space designed to discuss the current challenges of strategic research management in Latin America.

In a context where institutions are generating increasing amounts of information, the challenge is no longer simply accessing data, but transforming it into actionable decisions that strengthen institutional positioning, optimize resources, and demonstrate impact.

During this executive brunch, we will explore key topics such as:

  • What institutions are measuring today and the real strategic value behind those indicators

  • What information already exists within institutions but is still underutilized

  • How to reduce inefficiencies in research management processes

  • How to strengthen evidence-based decision-making

  • What capabilities universities need to move toward more integrated institutional intelligence models

This will be a peer-to-peer conversation focused on sharing experiences, challenges, and perspectives on the future of research management and academic visibility.
